Year 6 trips and events - deadline summary

Dear parents and carers of Year 6

As there are a lot of deadline and deposits etc needed, we thought that it might be useful to summarise these all in one email for you.

Bowling trip -  17^th June

• PAID trip
• £7.50 payment required via the Schoolgateway by 4^th June
• Evolve link will then be sent out on 5^th June, deadline will be 14^th June to those who have made payment

Junior Citizen Event – 24^th June 

• FREE trip
• Consent needed via Evolve by 8^th June 

Lesnes Abbey – 30^th June

• FREE event
• Consent and lunch choice needed via Evolve by 11^th June

Bowling and Jimmy’s at the O2 – 14^th July

• PAID trip - £24 in total
• £5 deposit required via Schoolgateway by 4^th June – ny paying the deposit you are agreeing to make the full payment of £24
• £19 balance required via Schoolgateway by 1^st July
• Evolve link will be sent out on 5^th June to those who have paid deposits 

Year 6 leaver’s prom – 15^th July

• Organised by parent committee
• PAID event
• £5 deposit required in CASH in named envelope to school office  by 4^th June
• £5 balance required via in CASH in named envelope to school office  by 19^th June
• Evolve link will be sent out on 5^th June to those who have paid deposits
