Year 1 - 6 Summer 2 clubs

Dear parents and carers of Year 1 - 6,

As a school, we will be offering FREE clubs on a Tuesday and Thursday during the Summer term which will start from Tuesday 2nd June or Thursday 4th June and will run for six weeks. The last week will be Tuesday 7th July or Thursday 9th July. All school clubs finish at 4.20pm with collection from the main gate.

Clubs will not be filled a first come first served basis as our aim will be to offer as many clubs to children as possible. Children will only be allocated one school club. You will be asked to put select a first choice and second choice for your child. Please do not select the same club twice times, this will not guarantee the club. If you have signed up for clubs previously and your child has not attended, regularly they will not be given priority. 

I am incredibly grateful to staff who have offered to run a club this term as this has meant that we are able to offer eight clubs as well as run booster sessions for Year 6. Unless clubs fill up with a minimum of 15 children, they will not go ahead.

ASG paid clubs will not be continuing in the Summer term due to take up. We will revisit this in the Autumn term.

You will be informed if your child has been successful in securing a place by the end of Friday 29th May (in half term)  via email, you will only be informed if you child has secured a place.

Year 5 and 6 parents will be required to state if their child is being collected or walking home alone.

In the past we have had parents inform us that they did not see the email etc and have asked us to reconsider the allocations. Please do not contact us to request this as decisions are final.

The clubs form will close on Thursday 28th May at 12pm (midday) - in half term.
