Spring term clubs - booking open now

Dear parents and carers of Year 1-6,

As a school, we will be offering FREE clubs on a Thursday during the spring term which will start from Thursday 29th January and will run for six weeks. The last week will be Thursday 12th March 2026. All school clubs finish at 4.20pm with collection from the main gate. We have swapped the day to Thursdays due to staff availability to run booster sessions for Year 6 on Tuesdays.

Booking is now open for Spring clubs.

Year 5 and 6 parents will be required to state if their child is being collected or walking home alone.

Clubs will be filled on a mixture of a first come first served basis along with ensuring that we can offer as many children a club as possible, by maybe offering an alternative choice. Children will only be allocated one school club. You will be asked to put select a first choice and a second choice for your child. We will also take into account if your child as already accessed a free club in Autumn 1 or Autumn 2 where possible.

I am incredibly grateful to staff who have offered to run a club this term as this has meant that we are able to offer four clubs as well as run booster sessions for Year 6. Unless clubs fill up with a minimum of 15 children, they will not go ahead.

ASG are offering paid clubs on a Thursday (Archery) and Friday (Gymnastics).

The clubs form will close on Monday 19th January at 10am.

You will be informed if your child has been successful in securing a place by the end of Wednesday 21st January via email, you will only be informed if you child has secured a place.

In the past we have had parents inform us that they did not see the email etc and have asked us to reconsider the allocations. Please do not contact us to request this as decisions are final.
