School Disco
Dear Parents & Carers,
On Friday 5th June, the DSFA will be holding two after school disco events for the children in Reception to Year 6. The cost of the event will be £5 per child and this will include: a drink, snack and a disco accessory!
Reception to Key Stage 1
The disco will run straight after school from 3.30pm-4.45pm.
Parents do not need to collect children at 3.20pm as the children will go to the disco from their classes.
Children may bring clothes and shoes to change into in their classes – flat shoes only please.
Children will be collected at 4.45pm from their classroom.
Can we kindly ask that all children are collected promptly as the disco for the older children will start shortly afterwards.
Payments can be made via School gateway.
Once payment is made, parents will receive a consent form by Friday 22nd May.
The form needs to be completed by midnight on Monday 1st June.
Payments open today, Friday 8th May and will close on Wednesday 20th May.
Years 3 to 6
The disco will run from 5.00-6.15pm.
Children should go home to get ready then return to school at 5pm.
Children can wear party clothes but flat shoes only please.
Children will enter school via their usual entry gate (playground gate).
Children will be collected at 6.15pm from the playground.
Children will line up in their usual class lines.
All children must be collected from this event. Children in Years 5 & 6 will not be allowed to walk home alone.
Can we kindly ask that all children are collected promptly as this event is being run by volunteers who would have have been on site since 1.15pm to set up the event.
Payments can be made via School gateway.
Once payment is made, parents will receive a consent form by Friday 22nd May.
