Reporting a positive Covid result in half term
If parents need to report a positive Covid case for their child over the half term (after 4pm on a Friday), please email Mrs Lodge directly on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not leave a message on the school answerphone, as this will not be picked up until Monday 7th June.
Schools will be responsible to assist in track and trace over the half term. If your child tests positive and they were in school up to two days before their symptoms began then please inform Mrs Lodge ASAP. Emails will be checked once in the morning and once in the evening.
Please be aware that if Mrs Lodge notified of a positive case over the half term, then she will be contacting you as soon as she receives your email. Please include your child's name, class, and your phone number. You will be emailed before she calls you back.
Being informed as soon as possible means that we can inform parents and staff straight away.
If you child receives a negative covid test result, this result will need to be seen before your child can return to school. Please send to email@example.com
