Juniper Parent App - follow up

Dear parent/carer,

Here at De Lucy we use the Juniper App to send positive ‘badges’ home about your child’s day. Many parents are already registered so if you are please discard this email.

When invites are sent, they are only live for a week and then need to be reset and resent. Miss Hicks will be working through these over the next week. We ask that if you have not signed up that you do this as soon as possible.

Our brand-new Parent App is now live!

You will be able to:

? Instant messages from school - this will only be from teachers, the school will continue to use Schoolcomms

? “Moments” from your child’s day - we will start sharing work and observations from Year 1 - 6 over this term. EYFS will use Tapestry for this

? Awards & badges in real-time - teachers will be sending badges out at the end of the day, this will give you a great talking point with your child.

The invitations have been sent the email address the school has on record for you. It will include a link that allows you to create your account and set your password. To create your account, you will just need to complete a short form and set a password. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to log in and start using the app.

However, please note: you won’t be able to log in until you receive your invitation email and complete the account setup. We will resend invitations today and then every Friday afternoon to parents who have not signed up.
