High temperatures and uniform adjustments

Dear parents and carers,The forecast for Monday and Tuesday of next week is incredibly hot, in the 30s.

Due to the heat we will be relaxing the uniform expectations and children may wear their PE kit. As a reminder this a white t-shirt and black shorts, no football kits.

As reception and nursery do not have a PE kits, can they please wear a white t-shirt (school polo shirt fine) and any shorts.It is essential that all children:

• - bring a refillable water bottle (named)
• - bring a hat (named)
• - come to school wearing suncream

We will monitor the weather throughout the day and if needed reduce or cancel outside play as needed.
