Booking for Autumn 2 clubs is live!
Dear parents and carers,
As a school, we will be continuing to offer free clubs on a Tuesday, which will start from Tuesday 4th November and will run for six weeks. The last week will be Tuesday 9th December All school clubs finish at 4.20pm.
Booking is now open for Autumn 2 clubs. Clubs will be filled on a mixture of a first come first served basis along with ensuring that we can offer as many children a club as possible, by maybe offering an alternative choice. Children will only be allocated one school club. You will be asked to put select a first choice and a second choice (and possibly a third choice) for your child. We will also take into account if your child as already accessed a free club in Autumn 2.
I am incredibly grateful to staff who have offered to run a club this term as this has meant that we are able to offer a wide range of activities. Unless clubs fill up with a minimum of 15 children, they will not go ahead.
The clubs being offered this term are:
- Football (Y1 – Y3) with Mr Darroch – this will be outside
- Football (Y4 - Y6) with Mr Ashmore – this will be outside
- Lego (Y1-Y6) with Mrs Jackson
- Arts & Crafts (Y3- Y6) with Mrs Lowdon
- Multisports (Y3 - Y6) with Miss Hughes
- Mini UN debate and exploring issues (Y4-Y6) with Miss Duvigneau
- Sewing (Y1 – Y3) with Mrs Chowdhury
- Computing/Micro bits - coding mini computers (Y3 - Y6) with Ms Maudhoo

The clubs form will close on Friday 31st October at 5pm.
You will be informed if your child has been successful in securing a place by the end of Monday 3rd November via email, you will only be informed if you child has secured a place.
In the past we have had parents inform us that they did not see the email etc and have asked us to reconsider the allocations. Please do not contact us to request this as decisions are final. Only responses sent via the Google Form will be taken into account.
